Travelling with Buntings Travel
Breakdowns & Emergency
Vehicles are serviced and maintained to a high standard, at all times.
In the unfortunate event of a breakdown, we will try our hardest to get our passengers to their onwards destination, in the event of this not being possible, we will offer a full refund. Buntings Travel Ltd does not accept any responsibility for the loss of a flight, ticket, or event in the case of a breakdown, and under no circumstance will we accept claims of compensation and refund.

Damage to our vehicles by hirer.
Damage caused to our vehicles by the hirer or any of their party, will be the responsibility of the hirer, and relevant charges must be paid for.
If the vehicle damage means the vehicle has to be taken off the road, a daily charge will apply, and must be paid by the hirer.

Criminal damage is an offence, and will be reported to the police.
​
A deposit of £200 must be paid if drinking onboard the vehicle, this will be returned once the vehicle has been checked, and deemed to be in the same condition it left. Drivers will refuse drinking on board if a deposit hasn't been paid.

Cancellation
Cancellation by the hirer must be made in writing in good time.
Notice 7+ days -10%
Notice 7 days or less -40%
Notice 48 hours or less -100%

Cancellation by Buntings Travel Ltd
In the event beyond our control that we can't provide the service purchased, we will only return the exact money paid to us.
​
We will not accept claims for compensation if your journey has been cancelled for reasons beyond our control, this includes all legal, weather, criminal and the event of the company going in to liquidation.
Bookings
All excursions will be available to book until 3 days before departure date.
Excursions and day trips will be cancelled if the minimum number of 30 passengers for that excursion or trip aren't booked.

All trips and excursions must be booked and paid for in advance.
